ABOUT ME
I was very fortunate to play the game of baseball that I love so much. The knowledge I received from my coaches was truly priceless. The friendships, travel and team camaraderie are just as special. As a former high school all CIF player, NCAA collegiate National Champion (Cal State Fullerton 1984), Fullerton College First Class Inductee "Wall of Honor" and minor league baseball player, I have a good perspective of what is expected at each level of baseball.
For the past nine years I have been the assistant varsity baseball coach at Tesoro High School in the South Coast League. During this time I have reconnected with former coaches, former teammates and players I have coached. Nothing compares to the bond of baseball brotherhood. Coaching these last nine years has been one of my greatest pleasures. The game still gives me a rush. When I am on the field and working with the players is when I feel most satisfied.
